Pixio collects information needed to operate the store, including identity, contact and delivery details, order history, support messages, device and analytics data, and manual payment references. Pixio does not ask for or store a customer’s bKash PIN or one-time code.

Information is used to process orders, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with law and improve the service. Necessary data may be shared with couriers, payment providers, email or SMS providers, hosting and analytics vendors under appropriate safeguards.
