COD Advance Policy

Selected products require a Tk 200 advance once per order when Cash on Delivery is selected, or the remaining order total when it is lower than Tk 200. If a cart mixes advance-required and regular products, the total advance remains capped at Tk 200. The advance is deducted from the amount payable on delivery.

Refundable

The advance is refundable when Pixio cancels, cannot supply the product, approves a defective or incorrect product return, or accepts a customer cancellation before courier booking.

Non-refundable

The advance is not refundable after dispatch when delivery is refused, the customer is unavailable after reasonable courier attempts, or materially incorrect contact or address information prevents delivery.

Manual bKash references are verified before confirmation. Pixio never requests a bKash PIN or one-time code.
