Delivery Policy

Standard delivery

  • Inside Dhaka: Tk 60 for verified-supplier items, normally 2–3 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Tk 120 for verified-supplier items, normally 3–5 business days.

Pixio-held inventory uses the applicable Steadfast checkout quote. A mixed-source order is charged once: the highest eligible quote, never the sum of parcel charges. Pixio absorbs any additional split-parcel cost.

Separate parcels

Items may arrive separately when they are fulfilled from different verified sources. Pixio will show each real shipment after dispatch.

Same-day requests

Same-day delivery inside Dhaka Metropolitan areas may be requested manually through WhatsApp. Availability, cutoff time, courier and fee are confirmed before booking and are not guaranteed.

Delivery estimates begin after manual order verification and may change because of weather, public holidays, access restrictions or courier disruption.
