5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Items must not show signs of use or damage
• All original accessories must be included

In no event shall Pixio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pixio.

7. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Pixio could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pixio does not warrant that any of the materials on the site are accurate, complete, or current.

8. Modifications

Pixio may revise these terms of service for the site at any time without notice. By using this site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pixio operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
